Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oretix platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service": The Oretix website, dashboard, and waitlist management tools.
• "Organization": Childcare centers or agencies using Oretix.
• "Parent": Individuals submitting information to waitlists.

3. For Organizations

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for internal business operations. You acknowledge that you are the custodian of the Parent and Child data collected via your Oretix account and agree to use this data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

4. For Parents

No Guarantee of Enrollment

Oretix provides the software that organizations use to manage their lists. We do not provide childcare services, nor do we guarantee placement. Submission to a waitlist via Oretix does not create a contract for care between you and the Organization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oretix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
